Returns and withdrawal

In accordance with article L 121-20 of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the items ordered to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay penalties. .

To return any item that does not suit you, in its original packaging and condition, and request an exchange or refund without penalty, except for return costs. You must first contact H2V project by email (studio@ h2vproject.com) to notify them of a product return.

In case of return, the customer must keep proof of this return, duly stamped by post. In the event of a transport dispute, proof of deposit is mandatory in order to proceed with an investigation with the carrier.

Products that are damaged, soiled, returned incomplete, will not be taken back, exchanged or refunded.

Return processing time: 2 to 3 working days after receipt of the products.

Refund period: 5 to 7 working days directly to your bank account, and immediately via Paypal
